My name is Michael and I am from Co. Donegal, Ireland. Jami Gertz is my favourite actress and I think she is a very beautiful woman. When I saw the first five seconds of her part in the movie Crossroads needless to say I was most captivated. I have recently been able to view the show Still Standing and I am enjoying it also.

Slante Michael!I've got a ton of irish friends in this area. Are "tinkers" still popular over there?I loved Jami's Crossroad's act.She looks like she might have had a little too much Guiness holding that knife.

Go raibh maith agat, Steve. I have much family that live in the States including my brother in Savannah Georgia. Tinkers are now called "Travellers" and are the mobile Irish equivalent of the homeless street people in the USA. Yes the Crossroads movie was good. I enjoyed the music in the movie and the scene I mentioned earlier of Jami's backside. I wonder what is Jami's drink of choice?

Actually, the definition i had of tinkers was the same as tinsmith,or any celtic musician. This info came from the scottish-american girl on the right... On the funny side, they all call themselves "tinkers". As far as Jami's drink of choice,i spoke to "deep throat",and after a series of contacts and go-betweens i deciphered she is an avid tea drinker.
